WHAT LEADERS SAY...
"Pakiwaitara took me to a place where I was confident enough to explore my own strengths. It provided an indigenous framework that matched my own tikanga. Tikanga and kawa are links to my culture.
Pakiwaitara is a pathway to strengths that I will use at home, in my sport, at work.
Ngā mihi nui!"
RAIPOIA BRIGHTWELL
HAUORA STRATEGIST | WAKA AMA FOUNDER
"I am now practicing applying tikanga as a map to guide me in my leadership. Pakiwaitara prompted me to dig deeper and build a stronger connection to myself. I felt more connected to this form of learning than any other Professional Development I have taken."

Ngapaki is a trained actor, director who fell in love with stories
of people and place from an early age.
In 2014 she and her husband
began a laboratory of exploration that drew on the
frames of the Marae and its indigenous technology.
This exploration supported people across many settings including community and government organsations.
They worked to apply this technology into their work and lives.
Ngapaki has a unique skillset that draws on storytelling methods
to enhance expression, and tikanga (aligned action) to grow clarity of purpose so people can find freedom in their offers while also
connected to their sense of responsibilty.
Lets connect!
